Chris was such a helpful salesperson. He was very respectful and considerate throughout the whole process. It took us weeks to decide but Chris was always patient and kind with me! I was looking for a vehicle that would work with my busy schedule. Not knowing anything about vehicles I was really stumped on what would work best for me. I had an unexpected problem with my Lincoln MKX and needed to get a quick response. Waterloo Ford Lincoln made the effort to be there even when I arrived after 6:30 at night. Riley La Plant was there and welcomed me. He had a loaner for me to continue on with my schedule. The next day he called with updates along the way. What a welcomed change to the Waterloo Service department. Riley's concept of service is uncommon and well-appreciated. He is a keeper.
